For what it is worth, it is working ok for me. I like the new camera perspectives a lot by the way.

the previous version works just fineā¦but not this oneā¦ 
I donāt know what could possibly be making it hang up. Nothing else has changed other than swapping the old one out and new one inā¦ Iāll keep trying

This is just a shot in the dark, but did you delete the old Savage Carbon from the Community folder before adding the new one?
I had the same problem until I changed from WinZip to 7-Zip for my downloads. I was getting filenames being too long and it wouldnāt install all the files until I changed to 7-Zip. Hope this helps. I hope you get it downloaded and showing up soon.

Not exactly, but I had a CTD when trying to pick a livery. The change in file structure in the mod means that pre-today liveries do not work any more, make sure you select a stock one ? (and delete old ones until theyāre updated)

How cool would it be if we could transplant the G3X touch into this airplaneā¦ I love steam gaugesā¦ but these ultra STOL machines in real life usually have glass nowadays.

Still suspect a conflicting mod, could be another livery or engine mod or similar. Remove those first.

Yes! At long last but you got it. Conflicting mods then, good for others to know. Livery designers are now hard at work making them comparible with the new drag and drop ability. Everyone will have plenty of livery choice soon! 
Which liveries were they? Likely already being converted. Can check my Discord for the latest newsā¦liveries are basically being coordinated from there. Got the developer resources too.
FYIā¦quite a few liveries are already popping up over at Flightsim.to. Nice work guys!
Make sure though it is an updated livery and compatible with v1.2.0 for Grravel or Carbon. If the livery hangs your MSFS startup itās for sure an old incompatible one.
Has to be added after January 5 for startersā¦verify before choosing one from this list:

Yes very possible. Itās the same base-plane (Savage Cub). Head over to my Discord server for support on this, all livery design is coordinated from there.
MSFS 2020 together with the Savage Carbon is the best I ever experienced in flight simulation. I adjusted the sensitivity of my X52 and it feels just absolutely right. The only thing that might be better is winning in a lottery and buy my own airplane. I donāt understand anybody who is crying after the old flight simulators.

The Savage Carbon is probably the single best add-on I have for MSFS. In strong crosswinds, you can actually land perpendicular to the runway and still put it on the pavement (or, more likely, the grass.) Itās just a lot of fun.

Re the liveries - I have some difficulty navigating Discord.
Has anyone been generous enough yet to write a āHow to Create a Liveryā Guide, or at least have done a bare bones 'Take this, put it into this program, fiddle with that, move it to āXā, tweak that & Voila!, a new livery!, anywhere?
The GG SCC & Grravel have the wow factor that encourages customized liveries.
I just wish I knew how to make them.
