Why is the update size saying 16GB in one place and then 33GB in another?
What’s the correct size?
I believe this wil be because it will take up 16GB more on your drive, but the actual download is 33GB. 17GB on your drive will be replaced.

It is 16GB download zipped and 33GB unzipped.
@aheyfromhome hits the nail on the head. Actual download c 33GB. Increase in hard disk space following installation is an extra 16GB or so. Some of the 33 GB replaces previously downloaded content as patches.
Even during this download cycle for SU7 I noticed some of the new handcrafted airports (e.g. Zurich) were a 5gb+ download that translated to less than 1.5 gb when installed!
