The new flight dynamics the C172 are spot on for the landing-flare maneuver, I’m impressed! Ground effect is much less pronounced, propwash effect on lift much better (airplane sinks with power off when landing). It seems that the lift and drag curves have been improved.
My question is…was that something exclusive for the C172 and other aircraft will be updated or it was a general updated and we have what we’re gonna get already? The Longitude and CJ4 still feel too floaty on landing and there’s basically no sinking when reducing thrust to idle close to the ground. The improvements seem to be limited to the C172 unfortunately.
Are you referring to this change in SU4 (it does not specify the C172) or a change in one of the prior Sim Updates ?

That’s the thing, the difference is huge in the C172, but nonexistent on other aircraft
A CFD update only applies to aircraft configured for it. Longitude & CJ4 are not using it as per this list: New Propeller | CFD | Soft Body Simulation - Aircraft List
