Upgrade boss computer, or wait a bit?

Would love some advice on if there is anything worth upgrading? or should I wait for future gen tech… the game seems like it isn’t optimized super well.

Resolution : 5760 x 1080p (3 1080p monitors in surround)
Current FPS: I usually play around cities but typically around 35-50 fps depending, on ultra preset.

CPU: I9 - 9900k on 360mm AIO
Mem: 4 x 8gb 3000mhz RAM oc’d to 3200 with CL16
GPU: Aorus extreme RTX 2080ti (my 3080 strix arrives this week)

Most obvious thing is RAM speed. I run 3200 and have considered replacing it with 4000, but it’s expensive and I haven’t seen any conclusive evidence that faster RAM will make an appreciable difference to FS2020

That was my first thoughts… especially for 9th gen intel doesn’t seem to see the benefit that a current gen ryzen would see for example…was thinking if 11th gen ends up being a big jump maybe time to upgrade cpu/mobo and do memory at same time?
