My recommendation to everyone has been and is to not spend a lot of money to upgrade your hardware/gear! You will be disappointed. The Sim is not optimized and even people with i9-13900KF, RTX 4090 have stutters (despite good FPS) in busy areas. Stick with what you have until Asobo optimizes the game (specially DX12) or wait until the next generation of hardware becomes available!
