If I may offer advice, the one mentioned earlier looks good, but my preference is a model labeled as x570s.
Two reasons: X570 has more Pcie lanes, so it allows for more flexibility.
The S at the end means it’s the latest iteration, so more mature design (no chipset fan), could be a lengthier support window as well, for BIOS updates and such.
