one note:
dont’t forget to check the commited memory and not the working set only. Only the commited memory show you the usage together with the pagefile. As example , If your msfs show show e.g. 18GIG usage, you may have 25GIG commited. Pagefile usage is in generaly not an issue, but SSD have limited write-cycles and so you limit possible the lifetime of your SSD.
So my recommendation: if you can upgrade to 32GIG then do it.
