Would this be fine: APC Smart-UPS RT 1000VA 230V - APC Latvia
I can get it for 280€, its 60% discont 
Can I ask, is there necessary that the UPS is lets say 30% more powerful then the concumption connected to it? Or can run on its max capability?
Specifically for this one, it says in can be used its 100% of power. But surely is better not to, right?
