Usable scenery creator/modifier?

As Asobo/MS didn’t bother to provide any of the 37,000 default airports with any night lighting for ramps/gates/stands or aprons, I thought I would add some myself in those airports from which I regularly fly.

I tried the developer menu, which I presume is the SDK (I may be wrong) but to me it seems completely unintelligible.

So, has anyone come across a suitable scenery designer I can use with 2020 in order to modify default airports?

Step one would be to download the SDK via the Developer menu, install it, then read the documentation. This will make things a lot clearer.

The scenery editor is built into the sim, accessed from the developer menu
