USB disconnect problem - Inputs go wild

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

When disconnecting any USB device from the PC (or it randomly plays the disconnect sound but actually stays connected) in MSFS2024 the controls go crazy. Flaps get extended, gear goes down, thrust goes crazy,…

I have the same problem on the XBOX series X.

When I start MSFS with the thrust master TCA Boeing edition quadrant, it works properly.

When I disconnect the yoke and reconnect it, the problem starts.

It’s happened since SU3. I already put a new USB cable in different USB ports, Reinstall the clean game and deleted previously presets of the yoke’s profile. It seems to be like that in the SU 3 update some conflicts started. On the obvious way I can’t make a new topic on this forum.

Do you happen to have a Corsair PSU with a usb cable connected to it? As soon as I disconnected that usb cable it solved my random usb disconnect issues in the sim.

These are the same reaction which you see on console (ps5) if you use the cursor mode. Some kind of plane “AI” engages and uses flaps, gear, throttle and pulls the plane to the side (e.g. on c172, c208b, etc.)

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Whenever devices, especially wireless ones, are connected/disconnected full speed brake and flaps are deployed. Unbinding controls on the peripheral most commonly causing this does not change anything.

Same hardware in 2020, no problems
