Would significantly add to realism/immersion if real routes were used. Also should stop military airfields from being used as departure/arrival airports. I live in Guam and would love to fly the island hopper in career mode! You also can’t catch a United flight to China from Anderson AFB in the real world.

I want to turn this topic into a grip about ALL of the routes in career mode.

Private charter missions seem to only go to high altitude, extremely small airports. This is an issue because most of the broken airports, be it parking or runway size, or whatever, are these tiny airports. Combine that with the wind/turbulence bug in career mode, and private charter missions are an absolute mess.

Because of the static nature of routes, it is possible for someone to unlock companies, buy a plane, select an airport to start at, and have no freelance missions to choose from.
The entire system of route generation for career missions is awful. It feels like someone slapped the routes together in a single day with little thought or care into them.

More like real-world airline routes/flight numbers. United flight 155 for example. Maybe add operating on a timetable or something.
