Look, yeah, I am excited about this. I will buy this as soon as it’s there to buy. But if something happened that caused a little delay, what’s the big deal? I’d rather THAT than issues with it. I am sure this is gonna be fun.

Hi folks. Kenneth here, I am the writer of the preview on flightsim.com. I just texted Graham to check in on the progress. He told me he found some last minute mapping issues when compiling the paint kit. So he is fixing those. This means he is remapping 20 sets of textures, making some changes, and recompiling the fleet. I think this says something about his intent of giving us something good. He could have released what he had, and then patched. Instead he has chosen to make it right before release. Anyway, the man sounds a little frustrated at this last minute issue (who wouldn’t be), but he is working on it even as I type this. It means a delay, but we who fly it will benefit from his attention to detail here.

Thank you for the update. I definitely appreciate the commitment to trying the make the release as polished as possible. With all the love the Bird dog has gotten since I purchased it, I’m sure the BN-2 will be just as great!

I am waiting for this bird too. I have fond memories of flying several times to Helgoland with OLT in an Islander. The approach to the small airfield on the Düne is spectacular. Nice to see that this livery is also in the package.

Will this be released on MSFS 2020 Marketplace at the same time as on your website? Sorry if this has been asked already (I know people get very touchy about this kind of thing).
That would be Impractical as there is a 2 week delay in Marketplace releases…
Therefore No … BBS Website first - Marketplace 2 weeks later ( Approx)

I believe MSFS Already contains the world’s shortest commercial flight.
It is scheduled for just 90 seconds. In good conditions
The 1.7-mile jaunt is between the Scottish islands of Westray and Papa Westray in the Orkneys
Dont forget to arrive at the airport 3 hours before departure LOL

I haven’t compared the two versions yet, you have to uninstall the Asobo version to try mine, but I’d be pretty amazed if mine could hold a candle to theirs.
Theirs has a water mask and tides. I’m not sure if that carries over if it’s uninstalled.
