Try turning on/checking the OXR overlay box and then watching the aircraft takeoff - the overlay will show your framerate. If your framerate drops during those takeoffs, try enabling OXR smoothing.
If you still have the same problem, reduce your OXR render until your FPS stays above 30 FPS.
