Hello , need help with my velocity one. The throttle leavers wont get to 100% up or 0% ive tried everything and i cant fixed it . Any tip to fix this.
What do you have the levers bound to, as in the axis? Could you post an image of the bindings?
Thanks, to it means we need to build something ourselves to install the throttle on it.
Too bad that the throttle can be separated from the yoke, but nothing has been made let us install it somewhere easily.
True, which is no different to purchasing a rudder pedal set, gearshift, or handbrake for Simulators. Usually they have the screw holes in the bottom only.
It comes with vacuum tape supplied, which you can use to stick it to any flat surface, in addition to the screw holes
Hi @JCBPVertigo, are the cables connected properly? And do the Throttle Quadrant buttons work? Customer Support are the best people to speak to - if you provide as much detail as you can, they’ll be able to help you. They can also guide you through checking the V1F’s controls in Windows Game Controller Settings, to check your device is functioning correctly. If you’re not getting anywhere with this, let me know on the Discord
Since the trim is an axis, it’s important to remember to ‘reset’ it, just like you would pre-position your thrust levers and flap settings before going flying. You can do this by just moving it a little, so the software detects the value that the trim wheel is currently set to.
MSFS also sometimes automatically sets the AI assistance settings to on - which may be the cause! Let me know if you’re still running into issues.

I have a problem not sure if had happened any of you.
I put the velocity one into update mode and I can not get out of this mode (I’m stuck on it)
I tried unplugged the controller severals times and always re-run in this mode.
How I can get out of this mode? Does any factory-reset button ?
I can not find anything that helps me

Thank you so much james! The buttons, cables and evverything works. The only issue is that throttle dont begin at 0 or end at 100. Even in training mode you can see it on the yoke liitle screen dont reaching all the way to the left or right. They told me to hard reset my xbox . Im going to try this ill let you know if this works thanks so so much on the help and answering so quickly! Crossing fingers 
Hello, I use my brandnew V1F with MSFS on XBox Series X and I have a problem with the rotary switches e.g. in the TBM930-Cockpit.
As soon as I activate such a switch in the cockpit, e.g. for changing altitude, the V1F starts to rotate the switch by itself to 99.999 ft. This can only be stopped/ slowed down by rotating the control horn fully to the left. Which is not so good for the passengers… 
The same happens, when I try to change QNH or the zoom of the map in the TBM-cockpit.
Is there anything, I can do?

Hello james! I contacted the support center and they only told me to hard reset the xbox and it didn’t fixed the issue. Am i the only one with this issue??? Do you have any other tip. Im very sad because i was expecting this product since they announced it 
and its not working properly, at least for me .
We’re currently working on a solution to this issue affecting a very small number of units. Please contact Customer Support, and if you could include your Serial Number printed on the bottom of the yoke, next to the QR code, that would be useful to help track the affected ones. Customer support should be able to help you.
I’m loving my V1 but finding it a little tricky to fly. What sensitivity settings are you all using?

I don’t know if anyone had any issues last night on xbox but I had an absolute nightmare trying to play with the pause bug but also
I don’t know if they were having general issues last night as it was really bad I spent most of the evening in the control mapping menu.
My controls keep being remapped or stop working sometimes in game. I.e I’ll be coming in for landing and suddenly the yoke also controls cockpit view translate forward and left right and the rudders view up and down. Last night the throttle wouldn’t move from 100% mid flight which made landing difficult and on landing my right rudder was like it was already fully pressed in so I couldn’t steer ( I checked that time and nothing had been bound again this time but all AI assists were off. I absolutely adore the game but I really wish they could fix the bugs because it’s just becoming unplayable for anything other than short sightseeing flights and even then its a gamble on landing weather everything will work again if you switch it off.
I know this is all probably FS software and xbox related but The xbox seems to auto pause after 60 mins of inactivity and there’s no way around it apart from moving the mouse etc that I can find and the flat spin it puts me in to after unpausing isn’t recoverable at all. I thought that had been fixed as its making long flights impossible unless I save and sit there
