Thank you for your detailed response. You have solved the mystery as yes indeed it turns out that the button numbers that are physically printed on the flightstick don’t correspond to MSFS. Numbers 1 to 6 are correct but after that it all becomes random and illogical. Thank you for help sir!
For any newbies to the Velocityone Flightstick… I found the key to setting up the controller is to use the search option and simply press the button you wish to assign to whatever function you’ve pre-selected. It will then marry the button and desired function together. It will also display it’s designated button number.
