Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?

Flight controls with velocity one yoke and keyboard are a mess. Controls are not configured properly and reset with every plane.
Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• controls often do the opposite of what they are supposed to do example yoke works opposite pull back plane goes down push in plane goes up. All the other controls do absolutely nothing correct unless programmed and then have to be reprogrammed every flight….complete utter mess
