Hadn’t flown for awhile, updated to new version and quickly discovered all these problems (after a couple of quick crashes–charged against me!) I tried the usual sound settings and could get ATC but no engine noise. Reminds me why I avoided PCs and MS for thirty years!! Anybody else with similar problems? Suggestions?
I noticed the engine noise within the cockpit as well, I had to turn off the headphone affect (forget exactly what it’s called).
Go into Settings and then sounds. There’s an option in there for headphone effect when I turned that off the engine noise came back.
