I just thought of a great landing challenge:
Landing on and taking off from the Arecibo Radio Telescope.
It’s 1,000 feet (305 m) in diameter, so plenty of room for a KitFox.
EDIT: Looks like one of you may have tried to land a 747 on it.
Seriously though, I’ve visited this telescope when it was intact and functional. And while it was of limited value (especially with things like the VLA this thread is about existing today) it was still really cool, and I say… RIP.
