Very Long Flight Load Time, At Only One Airport

I just reinstalled after a motherboard and cpu upgrade, all is going well so far with one kind of strange bug. So far when I load a flight at most airports, including very intense airports like KLAX, all is good, even complex aircraft load pretty fast. However, at KSEA, each time I try to load a flight, especially with a more complex aircraft such as pmdg, fenix, ATR the load time is very, very long, like 3 to 5 minutes, vs., less than a minute almost everywhere else. Prior to a reinstall this was never an issue and I have only run into it at KSEA so far, Any ideas?

What scenario is…?
-Asobo Studio KSEA airport
-BMWorld and AmSim
Or it could be that I have both activated and that is why the load is slower…?
If so, you would have to go to your content manager and remove Asobo’s (BMWorld and AmSim I recommend)

Found the culprit but not the solution. After several add on product uninstalls / reninstalls etc… the culprit is KRNT the Renton Municiple Airport upgrade via ORBX. Prior to my MOBO / CPU upgrade and MSFS reinstall I was running KRNT without the load issue. I have a help ticket to out to ORBX.
