Very often MFS cannot read my license

Brief description of the issue:
At least two or three times out of ten when I start the game I get a dialog explaining it failed to rad my license. I also get a short help explaining how I need to log in to the Store app and then try again. I open the Store app and I am already logged in. For good measure I have tested logging off the Store app, then reboot the PC, then logon to the Store app again. But the same issue have been seen several times after that.

It happened to me, too - however it was when I was switching from my PC to Xbox (and vice versa).

Are you using two PCs?

same issue… after restarting the sim it usually works again

I thought it was just me!

Anyway the problem has gone away for me as I now start directly from the XBOX App and once it starts just close the app down. Everything works without the error message.

I’ve been getting it too. I just carried on loading and the game worked fine and I was logged in at the top of the screen.

I put it down to either Gaming Services or the Xbox app wasn’t running at the time.

Seems to have stopped over last day…

I get this on a regular basis. Now I started opening from XBOX PC App with the MS Store open. MSFS20 relies on far too many bits and pieces to work, it’s an absolute joke in that respect.
