Last night no issues with the A32NX “Experimental” and done the Auto land, today I had this in the Cockpit all through the flight (did not do anything different) & still done a Auto landing, very odd.

Me too on occasion. Just restated flight and it went away
Glad I’m not alone then 
Most likely a conflict with a custom livery. Remove them from your community folder and check again.
