may be its necessary to mentioned wich CPU you own. You can add nearly each GPU ( it has a PCIe 3.0 x16 slot ) , but some combinations CPU<->GPU makes no sense.
Also your expectations about how it should at the end perform, would be good to mentioned. Then community can make recommendations
