I’ve been having a blast flying around since release, even though I have been flying in the sim since May as part of the Alpha I am still constantly blown away by what it is capable of. One thing that I have been eagerly awaiting the release to do is to try my hand at video editing, and to put together some shots using the drone camera. It is definitely tricky at the moment, and will be much easier once there is a replay function, but saying that the drone camera is awesome, and it is actually a lot of fun filming with it.
Anyway here is my first attempt, it’s basically a music video of a flight along the West coast of New Caledonia. Being from Old Caledonia it is somewhere that I have always wanted to see, and it looks pretty good in the sim from the few areas that I have seen so far.
