Hi all I am really hoping there are some Virpil Sidestick owners out there firstly the kind people on the Virpil Forums don’t want to know about my issues no useful feedback what so ever I have basically got a Virpil VPC WarBrd Side Stick that will not control the ailerons in MSFS 2024 as you can see with the stick in the centred position the right aileron is open and will not move if you move the stick left or right same with the elevator it only moves down not up i’m completlely stuck on what to do and as you can imagine I have been unable to fly anything since launch day

Its still the same Aileron open didn’t make any difference swapping them

Could you post a larger screenshot, so we can see if you have the right device selected.
If you plug the Thrustmaster in no problem it picks up all the movements and like I said it does’t pick up the Elevator up movement either with the VPC

Does it work with any other sim? Is it new? Perhaps re-seat the stick to the base. That plug can be tricky.
Done that and this stick works perfectly in 2020

Buttons working? Just axis not working?
My Virpil Hardware is working like a charm (OK, the wheel brakes suffer from the missing -100% - +100% axis option, easy fix with Spad.neXt).
I have Aileron on JOYSTICK LAXIS X and Elevator on JOYSTICK LAXIS X, both axis not inverted.
You might want to have a look in Hardware settings of the axis (cock-wheel symbol) and make sure everything os at 0.
The bindings work fine on Spad but if your wondering why I don’t use them it’s because I can’t work out how to customise them what I mean by that is the stick is far to sensitive and I can’t hold straight lines either taxing or centre line on on take off and the once only I did get airborne landing was impossible
Have you checked to make sure you are running the latest firmware on all your Virpil gear?
Checked Virpil firmware up to date sill the stick won’t control either the right Aileron or the down Elevator what’s even more strange is if click the scanning box you want to assign to and move the stick to the right nothing is detected move thhe stick to the left and Joystick L Axis X appears
Does it work if you assign Joystick L Axis X?
