Can somebody share their solution on how to make these red toggle switches work?
Tried getting one setup for battery master, but at best it was - while working - constantly flicking on (together with an repeating click sound).
I rarely use those switches on my CM3. When I do use them I push them up and down, as though they were spring loaded.
I think in your default Virpil profile that they are set as “constant on” but FS2020 doesn’t handle that state at all well.
You could try modifying their behaviour in the Virpil config software.
I’m not near my PC at present and I can’t recall the options but I’m sure it’s possible (and that it’s actually a frequent topic of discussion on the Virpil forum)
Yes. Done that - and it’s kinda working!
Got it to work - but of course the sim does not know which position the switch was set to… So, pre-flight means resetting all switches.
Well, this is going to take some hours before I’m satisfied.
Not sure where you are with this and I’m still not near my PC but I think you can set
“Up” as a Toggle On and Down as a “Toggle Off” which might work with FS2020 for certain things and would at least maintain the physical position of the switch as an indicator of its state better than both Up and Down as both toggle on.
