VisionJet Flight Plan warning

I got a warning message, ‘Warning:Active Flight plan is de-synchronized, Please delete the active plan to resolve.’
I’ve had this happen several times and I’m not sure what the warning means or how to fix it.

This annoying bug is part of the old G3000, and this behavior and other bugs are fixed in the AAU1 update. However, only the Longitude and the HJet (and maybe others?) have implemented the update. The FlightFX VisionJet developers are still diligently working on it. The new G3000/5000 is fantastic, and I’ll be excited to see it in the VisionJet.

In the meantime, assuming you’re doing IFR routes with SIDS and STARS, you can minimize the probability of getting this by entering your SID first, then your STAR, and then any mid-term waypoints, making sure you don’t duplicate the SID/STAR fixes. Don’t use the built in MSFS flight planner, but enter your plan manually. And don’t change anything in your flight plan mid-flight.

Thank you, Steve! I think it is implemented in the TBM, gonna try that. I can wait for the VisionJet to be upgraded. I just started using VNAV and it’s great (when it works, that is. Nothing like losing your entire flight plan in the middle of a flight ).

Yes, forgot about the TBM, another great aircraft that implements the new G3000.

I decided to ground the Visionjet until it gets updated…in lieu, the FlightFX HondaJet is also amazing.

Yeah, I am tempted with the HondaJet, but thinking it’s more of a small business jet, whereas the visionJet is a golf cart :golf: . Not a user of CJ4 or Longitude, never flew an airliner either… (too steep a learning curve and I’m pretty positive that in my life, I’ll never have to step in and fly any airliner in an emergency LOL!
