Visual disruption created by exhaust heat should be toned down

Two things are apparent with your reply to my original post.

A. You did not fully read and comprehend my statements. I clearly pointed out the issue of this visual distortion being unrealistic “while viewing out of a passenger window during flight”. (NOT EXTERNAL SHOTS FROM THE GROUND OR AIR AS YOUR PHOTO SHOWS) Big difference.

B. You obviously have never been a passenger on a turbojet aircraft. Otherwise you would not hesitate to agree.

This is not a subjective issue. It is 100% objective. When you look down from the passenger window behind engines on any turbojet aircraft, during flight, there is not any visual distortion that your eyes can see.
