While I agree this effect should be toned down, especially at any significant speed, surely this thread needs to go into the Wishlist forum so we can vote on it? That’s the only way to get it on ‘the list’… 
I don’t fly the TBM much, but when I do the fluttering exhaust blur is quite irritating. It’s the only one that’s visible directly from the cockpit looking forwards, as far as I recall.
