The visual realisation of a VOR really leaves a lot to be desired. I think it was better even in the old versions of the flight simulator, wasn’t it?

Most VOR and NDB stations have proper 3D model. This one probably has been decommissioned in real life and is not present in MSFS navdata.
It is Woodside VOR, near San Francisco – still activ, I think!
