Nice work… I love every new update to this model. But it is possible to change the current 2-blade propeller to the 3-blade propeller?

A physical 3d model of the 3-bladed propeller is on our “wish list” for now, although performance wise, it is fully simulated.

i had pitot frozen today, is the ac have auto heat for this?

The team actually was working on the auto pitot heat yesterday, which should be a feature of the VL-3 but was not yet simulated. Should be in the next release!

i found info about tube cover for vl3, what can take care about 500*c if heater will switched on accidently, so not all of vl3 have auto heater for sure


i use binding buttons for heater on and off :slight_smile:

We are implementing with kaosfere the possibility of autopitot triggering below 7 degrees, you will notice it as Nav’s announcement, same as park brakes on, low fuel, fuel imbalance, etc.

the ball in the inclinometer go left, any prop power any direction, yesterday i thought it wind, just when write this, mind about controller, but controller in center… something wrong with this effect

I’m sure you’ll equally love Volt’s cockpit, it’s completely retextured :slight_smile: The green is the color Verde Mantis, one actually used by Lamborghini.

Adding details…even the Woodcomp logo is added to the prop. The wings have leading-edge protection as well.

Not sure there’s anything wrong with the inclinometer. It’s a powerful engine (141HP) for an Ultra Light, and any change in power would introduce/change all sorts of forces (torque, P-factor, prop-wash, there is so much going on). This plane after IS the fastest side-by-side UL on the market.

The Volt livery will definitely be my “go to” as soon as it comes out…more smooth than the red / orange livery (which are beautiful but more “agressive”).

I flew over New Zealand yesterday with the last version of the 915…I can hardly find any negative point about it !

Thanks for your kind words! If you love the VL-3 915 as it is now…the next is gonna be even better. Flight model improved further, and a truck load of serious G3X reality enhancements by the team. And yes it will include a few new liveries for you to choose from, including Volt.

The next release will likely be after the next Asobo patch though (this Thursday) as we suspect that is gonna break things as it always does. So we’ll fix whatever they’ll break, and then we release. We’re likely looking at the next weekend.

In the mean time we work hard to give you the best VL-3 915 we know how to make.

i more love poisoned yellow, and waiting 3 blades prop, as this power engine, i think, have only 3 blades, you said, for now nobody change 3d model, but, may be later… yes, it’s ok, same happens with ww2 fighters, as i know, but, when you change power the ball move, it don’t stay with same position with all powers diapason, must be something have to be changed in model, or may be in sdk and in model, it’s can be corrected by trimmers, but behavior stay wrong, as all forces except gravity changing by power of prop
p.s. but i think most ugly stuff in the sim is air resistance, it’s so strange, flaps and gear, it have to drop speed as big drama, same with auto pitch prop, when manifold go to 0, and it stay at max rpm air resistance of autorotation prop must be equal to disk with radius of blade’s length, actually even with low rpm at high pitch(but in this case we have bigger engine rotor friction and other forces what slower prop, so it’s not clear autorotation), semen of maple and chopper autorotation rotor are not exclude
