Using an Xbox pad engage throttle, nothing happens. Not sure what’s going on but can’t get it off runway.
on the xbox control pad pressing A will be lift and pressing B will be decent …use rudder LT/RT to turn and pushing forward on the left stick will pitch forward to move forward , when airbourne pitch nose forward and pressing A for lift will give you height and speed …ENJOY , its great for low and slow sightseeing
This doesn’t work.
I start on the runway and I can see the RPM gauge on the external HUD climb, but it stops and gets stuck - no way to reduce. The aircraft remains stationary on the runway and nothing will get it to move. I’ve noticed within a few minutes fuel has run out. Very odd. No other issues flying the other aircraft with the Xbox pad via PC.
Completely broken, right now.
Anyone have any idea? Unusable, right now.
similar issues here, im on pc using xbox x/s controller. on external view, i give it throttle but throtle doesnt move, aircraft gets airborne to a few feet above the runway, stationary, then begins to oscillate worse and worse, then aircraft crashes. also theres something wrong with the name in the menus.

Mine will not even lift from the runway.
Joined this forum specifically so I could reply to this thread.
I’ve experienced the same issue the past few days, but what’s odd is originally I had no problem flying the Volocopter.
Here is what I think MIGHT have happened - I set AI Pilot to “On” for a flight from LAX to DBV earlier today to watch one of my favorite routes in real life, on FS.
I noticed that every flight after automatically had AI pilot on by default.
When I went to fly the Volocopter, suddenly I had no control over it, even after switching out my aircraft and turning AI off (for instance, on a Boeing, or another plane). I even cleared all my downloaded data on the Xbox and started over from scratch.
Beats me, and I’m kind of bummed. Was hoping to get some nice screenshots of the main building for my company in Irvine.
Will follow this thread for any updates.
It might be a controller issue with that Xbox controller. I’m on PC with HOTAS and have none of these issues.
