VOR1 OBI INC/DEC with steam gauges

It seems VOR1 OBI INC/DEC are not correctly hooked up in Asobo’s steam HSI?

Turning the physical control left (ie. sending VOR1 OBI DEC events) moves the CDI needle, but as soon as I move the course select knob with the mouse, the CDI needle snaps back to its previous position.

Turning the physical knob right (ie. sending VOR1 OBI INC events) does nothing.

The problem appears to affect for example the Aerosoft Twin Otter and the JustFlight Arrow III.
In glass cockpits (G1000, G3000), this works for me.

Is it me? Do these assignments work for you?
Are there alternatives to “VOR1 OBI INC/DEC” that work correctly?

Funnily enough I was playing with this last night.

For me, the VOR1 OBS INC/DEC does work for normal operation including in the steam C172 (as far as I am aware), but I noticed it did not work for OBS mode on the G1000Nxi.

I use Mobiflight, and there is a binding there called AS1000_PFD_CRS_INC/DEC which seems to work better.
