"VR COCKPIT FOCUS" making it stick to being "On"?

Hi all,

I use the button bind for VR COCKPIT FOCUS so I can easily look around the cockpit and at the screens/controls with simple ease, I find this much more intuitive and quicker than custom views.

The issue I’m facing is that I have to keep the button pressed to keep it “On”, so is there any way I can set it up to be like an On/Off switch?
I’ve tried messing with the undocumented control pages within MSFS2024 but nothing seems to do anything.

I’d like to have the “zoom” on for extended periods like when looking at screens, I feel this will be much easier than setting up a thousand custom views!

This is still something that we be good to have. Currently, I am experiencing a freeze of all flight controls when I am in Cockpit zoom. I seem to remember having this issue years ago and I am sure it was addressed. Can anybody tell me why it seems to have happened again?
