Kenny, all of the stuff you’ve described sounds CPU related to me. I could be wrong of course but when things get dense in the urban areas the CPU has to work much harder drawing building geometries, etc.
Have you looked at that side of your setup? It may have become more obvious since the 4090 because you’re no longer GPU limited.
