I mean you can say it’s good enough, it is for me too since I do play this game in VR. There’s absolutely no way to say it’s “butter smooth” or even actually good though.
I don’t think I know any other VR game that runs as poorly as this one and low refresh rates are extremely noticeable in VR. Things like ASW/motion smoothing/reprojection help a bit but they’re crutches that come with their own downsides. Unless your framerate is far too low I personally prefer to not have the artifacting you get from stuff like motion smoothing.
