The M-Panel only shows 25kHz channel separation. But since a majority of planes today support 8,33kHz separation, you’re not able to tune a lot of frequencies with the M-Panel.

the first question here is why there is only one com port? or is that ok?

In 2021 I unplugged VRInsight’s MCP Combo and no longer use it.
As far as I remember though, if Linda recognizes MCP as per your screen, why would you also launch the VRInsight tool?
A single RS232 port (real or simulated) cannot be operated by two programs simultaneously.
Hello, I just bought the VR Insight MCP Combo II - Boeing MCP. It will arrive in the mail on Thursday. I am on Windows 10 pro and MSFS store version. I was reading through all the troubleshooting of this thread and I’m confused. There are so many comments saying to use Linda, Spadnext, FSUIPC, edit this file or that one ect. Could someone jot down a step-by-step list of what to install to get it working? With links would be awesome. If someone wants to make a youtube video that would be even better.
Unfortunately you have purchased a device that no longer seems supported by the manufacturer, if you look at the download page it is very clear.
I have it too but I don’t use it anymore.
They still working on new products and deliver all single item in existing products line, however it’s a long time they didn’t consider to improve their drivers, I think they have the idea it’s enough on their pov and further don’t answer to customers requests. To add to this, in my life, I’ve send a few emails to them on several available and well-known email addresses and not got any single answer. I think it’s a poor provider experience on customer side, not to be followed as an example in any case … (take my money and stay silent) 
Seriously, it’s somewhat a pity as they bring some interesting products, though with just lack of customers respect …
