As I just read, the public VR update will come right before christmas, enabling at least users of Oculus Rift S, Oculus Quest 2 via Oculus Link and Valve Index to fly in VR.
Hope, I’ll get my new HP Reverb G2 by then … or be able to Use Oculus Rift (non-S)
… am full of joyful anticipation …

Glad you are happy but what is the discussion topic?
The fact that VR will be supported
Oh it’s not a discussion, it’s a euphoric statement about a contemporary social situation.
One in which I share.
Roll it out!
We have a dedicated thread for such…which is still safe from the saboteurs for now.
Controllers come handy though when you’re not simming… (HL:A, etc…)
Just don’t get mad when your thread gets sabotaged like the others.
You’ll learn what goes on here soon enough with these threads.
As I have not been part of the beta I wanted to spread the word and maybe discuss the features needed to REALLY enjoy VR.
I would absolutely miss some kind of tablet, being positioned in space, showing checklists, maps and charts
Please elaborate. A discussion topic for a new thread was what I did not recognise. I was not being unfriendly.
