Do you do any changes in the tool kit or leave it disabled?
I’m always trying new settings. My go to is:
100% OXR
80% FSR in toolkit
100% in sim with TAA
Trying your settings with toolkit disable makes my frame rate crawl.

EDIT: Restarting my computer and the performance with your settings is indeed very good. Will try this for a while. Thank you. Let me know about your toolkit settings. I disabled the scaling.
