VR not working

My VR is looping between MSFS and oculus home and wont stay in VR
I have tried both my VR headsets Oculus and Oddyssy+
VR works perfectly in X-pane so i know its not a hardware problem
Any help please
PS i have latest drivers and windows 10

What’s your control mapping to switch between VR and standard mode?

Could be it’s being triggered so you are accidentally switching out from VR to flatscreen mode, and that’ll presumably show as Oculus home in the headset.

I am using an Oculus Rift S and the Xbox game pass version of the game. When I load a flight I am in VR mode but almost instantly what happens is auto-switching between Oculus home and the flight sim. It’s like rapid alt+tabbing. HP G2 loop on Go fly to MSMR home and back over and over

Please help my G2 VR enters Steam VR mode quite successfully, goes to the flight set up screen successfully then on the go fly screen loops around and around and around between MSMR home and the cockpit over and over again? how do I stop it?
