VR on standalone version of FS with Quest

I see that many have gotten Flight Simulator to work fine. I keep getting that error that says “cant find openxr” I opened regedit and it is clearly labeled under ActiveRuntime. Should it be the same in the Default field as well.

I am using the standalone version of FS, not on Steam since I get it for free for having the x-box game pass.

Anyone have any ideas why I keep getting the error that it cant run because openxr is possibly missing

I have:

Oculus Quest

Intel i9-9900K CPU

64 GB Ram

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER GPU
