VR screen menu and fps

How do you get the menu in VR? I can’t see any bar that brings up the menu in vr to set up checklist, map, atc etc.

Also I can’t see my fps counter. I’ve tried my own one and the one from msfs20. Can’t see anything. Even on flat screen.

There is a keybind under VR Mode for VR - Toolbar Toggle. It doesn’t appear to be bound by default, so you’ll want to set something on either your keyboard or HOTAS.
