ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
WACO Glider won’t launch. When signalling for launch, the C-47 tow plane just turns 90 degrees left and stops.
Attempts to launch with alternate tow planes… the tow plane never moves after signal to launch is given
Attempts to launch with winch… the winch operates, but cannot build enough speed to even cause the speed needle to move. So not even 40 knots.
