As far as feedback is concerned… let’s see, they probably get something on the order of 5000 to who knows how many events submitted every single day, and those events are probably sorted through by 1 to 3 people, and it may only be a portion of their job.

of course, I don’t mean feedback provided by a human, let’s be realistic.
