Hi,
it was always annoying to me, that even in menu the Flight Simulator is so power demanding.
Sometimes I just want to do a Bio Break or a meal break and after an hour or so continue to fly WITHOUT quitting the Simulator.
For me the power decreases to a minimum as soon as I go to the menu Load/Save a flight plan → Load. As soon as the Explorer Window opens the power consumption decreases to a minimum in my system. I always go to this state as soon as I start a break.
