I don’t see how I could have missed these. But there appears to be a few newly hand crafted airstrips in South Africa. Are they new or were they always there?

Wow, thanks for highlighting this! I have landed at FAWC myself more than once IRL but, while I have flown around Lesotho, I never actually flew over it or landed there IRL. I just did a quick hop from FXME and the scenery in the area is gorgeous! A few images:
