Not sure if the USA update had something to do with it but since then, I can no longer move left/right inside the cockpit with the A and D keys.
Users have reported this happening after the latest update of MSFS.
Try changing your keyboard’s profile to default and then back to your custom setting, then rebind the keys to the “Cockpit Translate Left” and right bindings (or to whatever they are called in sim.)
