A flyover of the much improved Washington DC area using Srinivasman’s freeware scenery. Yes, it will hammer your FPS, especially if you’re a Minimum Config Rig like mine (I fit the box specs to a T), but well worth it given the improvements. Very well done package.
Performance is from the buildings draw distance. Simply setting it to High or Medium should win you some performance back.A few hand placed objects shouldn’t hammer performance unless they are high res polygons.

I’m minimum spec and those are at Medium with no tweaks to LOD. About as good as it gets on my rig without me moving up probably to an 8GB card. 
The pass over the length of the National Mall puts me in the low 20s at best.
My card has 8gb its barely scraping 30fps on Ultra buildinfs over DC. Still playable Just like any other sim its going to use every single vram your PC has.Up to earlier I saw the 3090 using 13gb of vram over NYC
