A 2080ti is a fairly old GPU ? Until September last year, less than 6 months ago, it was the fastest GPU you could get without going Titan.

So, probably 3rd party stuff.
A lot of these ARE caused by Bing data. ASOBO/MICROSOFT admit it, so let’s not pretend anything. Regarding 3rd party scenery and add-ons, yes ASOBO/MICROSOFT should definitely consider them. After all, what is the reason of the partnership series, and why are these add-ons featured in the marketplace? Let’s see what the update brings.
I’d look at your hardware. I never see crashes to desktop. I suspect most users don’t either: if what you saw was commonplace the forums would be ablaze with it.
