Brief description of the issue:
After a few minutes of play water will turn white or stripy. It will go back to normal looking after changing the water waves detail setting for a few minutes again. This happens regardless of what setting i select. I have formatted my pc and downloaded all the most recent drivers. I got a new processor and motherboard, this happened before and after all of this. The only thing that is the same is my GPU, a GTX 980. This started happening after the USA world update.
