We called it "Easter Egg" in ancient times ;)

Hello Simmers!

Since i am flying with NeoFly from one airport to the next - in my Cessna Caravan EX - doing my jobs - it was annoying, that when i made a flight plan with a tool like FS-Radiopanel, or Pilot2ATC or LittleNavMap or an other progi, which can save or export a flight plan for FS2020 - it wasn’t possible to load this pln into the cockpit. So i have go go back to main menu - and so on - you know that.

So i tried different things today - if anyone will know how i got it - i can tell - but for now this should be enough for all simmers and the MS Team to clean this up.

First make your pln with your progi and then save it as MSFS2020 pln. In the cockpit press ESC - SPACE for LOAD/SAVE - then LOAD - search your folder - after that, because only flt files can be loaded - write *.pln files into the text box - press Enter or Open and select your xxxx.pln file. It will be loaded - so go back to the cockpit - but it isn’t shown up when you go to Flightplan - so here i found the Easter Egg - in the Popup Menu go to Custom Toolbar - deactivate VFR Map and activate it. After that your pln should be loaded into your Garmin and you can see it in the VFR Map and you can use it to fly!

Hope this helps!

Wish a nice flying and stay healthy!

Cheers Klaus

Thx for your info! But i don’t think that you re right. In my opinion the sim doesn’t work as it should. It can be compared to the problem, that when you want to use a new destination with the function “DIRECT” and you Activate it - you want see the path to this destination. After activating and deactivating the VFR Map in the custom toolbar, the path will show up on the display. So i didn’t use any addon for this!

What do you think now?

Thx.

Cheers Klaus
